Their deep industry knowledge spans multiple facets of the real estate lifecycle, from acquisition and development to repositioning and finance. This proven track record reflects their ability to navigate complex markets and focus on long term value appreciation. Jeff Records
Jeff Records is Chairman of MidFirst Bank, the largest privately owned bank in the US. Beyond banking, Jeff is an entrepreneur and developer with a portfolio across real estate, construction, hospitality, and sports. He is co-founder or principal of Hunter Roberts Construction Group, Urban Atelier Group, ZaZa Hotels, Rottet Studio design firm, and the Oklahoma City Thunder NBA franchise. Jeff earned his degree from Claremont McKenna College, where he also serves on the Board of Trustees.
Marisa Records
Marisa is the founder of Oklahoma Rock Holdings, a boutique real estate company. She began her career more than two decades ago in investment sales at Cushman & Wakefield, later leading client relations for AIG's Global Real Estate Group. Most recently, she has worked with MidFirst Bank on corporate real estate acquisitions. In addition to leading Oklahoma Rock Holdings, Marisa serves on the board of directors for Midland Financial Co. She holds a bachelor's degree from UCLA and a master's from Columbia University.
Marchelle Bradanini
Marchelle Bradanini is a creative director, brand consultant and filmmaker based in Los Angeles and the UK. Marchelle spent her formative years playing in indie bands and building a record label & small press out of Nashville, TN. She recently co-founded the production company, 4MMMS, which is focused on bringing female-centered projects into fruition. Marchelle holds a BA and Masters from the University of Southern California.
Emma Falcon
Emma is a brand strategist with a degree in Marketing and Public Relations from the University of Oklahoma. She brings a strong foundation in strategic marketing, design, and brand development to Oklahoma Rock, combining creative insight with data-driven strategy to build cohesive, impactful brand experiences.
